The abnormal noise of automobile clutch bearing is mainly manifested as: during the use of clutch, when the clutch pedal is stepped down or relaxed, abnormal noise is produced. It can be judged when engine idling and vehicle start.
1. when the engine is idle and the clutch pedal is loosened, the clutch sends out a border or intermittent impact.
If the pedal can be hooked with the foot, the sound of the hook is disappearing, indicating that the pedal spring is soft, shedding or broken, so that the separation shaft can not be returned to the original place and the separation lever is scraped, and the back spring should be replaced at this time.
If the pedal position can be back in place, the bottom cover of the clutch should be removed to check whether the separation spring is effective and whether the separation bearing and the separation lever clearance are in accordance with the regulations, and should be replaced and adjusted when the discrepancy is not consistent.
2., when the engine is idle, it will make noise during the clutch pedal.
(1) gently tread on the clutch pedal, remove the free travel of the pedal, and send out the sound of "sand sand" when separating the contact between the separation bearing and the inner end of the separation lever, and it can be judged as the sound of the separation bearing. First lubrication of the separation bearing, if there is still sound after lubrication, the bearing because of the lack of oil ablative or damage or bearing Yan Zhongsong open, bearing ball broken, card death can not rotate, should replace the bearing.
2. Continue to step down the pedal, if you hear a kind of "clam" metal friction sound, we should remove the bottom of the clutch and observe the rotation of the separation bearing. It shows that the separation bearing has been sintered and can not be rotated, and the bearing should be replaced with the sliding grinding of the inner end of the lever.
(3) after stepping down the clutch pedal, we hear the rolling noise, which is the separation bearing frame is damaged or the ball is broken, and the bearing should be replaced.
4. When you step on the clutch pedal to the end or completely step on the bottom, if you hear a "carbazar, claka" sound, if the engine speed is changed repeatedly, the noise will be bigger, the pedal is relaxed and the noise disappears. For the double disc clutch, this is caused by the wear and loose of the pin hole and the drive pin of the middle pressure plate. When it is serious, the drive pin can be transferred to 90 or to replace the thickened drive pin. It can also be replaced with a coarse separation conical spring to stabilize the middle pressure plate so that it can not slosh on the drive pin.
